Exchanges and returns
In the event that the product is incorrect or arrives damaged, you must send an email to contacto@mexitique.shop with the subject “Product exchange” and photos of how the product arrived and briefly explaining the case. The Mexitique team will review the case to see if the exchange is approved. If it is not approved, a return can be made.
In case you want to make a return, you have to send an email to contacto@mexitique.shop with photos of how you are going to return the product. The product must have the label and be in good condition to be applicable, that is, without stains, damage, or other damage.
You have 21 days to request an exchange or return.
Billing
Mexitique.shop does not issue invoices for purchased products. All product invoices are issued by the boutique. The following boutiques do not have an invoicing system:
- Coconete
- Aruna
- Maria Moren
- Valca
Mexitique.shop can charge you for the shipping costs.
If you need to request an invoice, please send an email to contacto@mexitique.shop with your tax information (tax certificate, use of CFDI), your order number and the total amount.
Extra order time
All of our products are manufactured in Mexico and many have the option of being personalized. That is why some of our products begin to be manufactured after they are purchased, which means that they may take longer to be delivered. Within the description of each product, it is specified if it has extra delivery time after it is purchased.
